General Information

Places are by booking only; numbers are limited in all classes. If you have a friend that wishes to join please ask Sam or Clare for details. Your membership is renewable annually. Please pop your child's T-shirt on every week, as this helps them to feel part of our group and to understand about changing for Gym when they start school. Bare feet are best! We ask that all children have bare feet unless there is a medical problem. Please do not leave any type of sock on their feet as young children slip very easily and hurt themselves. Adults are kindly requested to remove their outdoor shoes in the interest of hygiene and to bring along a pair of socks if they are not comfortable barefoot. On entering the gym please register with us and let us know if your Ruff 'n' Tumble child is celebrating their birthday or has a new baby at home. We prefer that siblings do not join our classes since it distracts the mums and other children and can lead to safety and crowding problems. If you have a problem finding childcare, speak to us and we can try and put you in contact with a reliable babysitter. Until 3 years children must be accompanied by a caregiver. Ruff 'n' Tumble kids in our 3-5 years class join in by themselves, please take them to the toilet before the class starts and be ready to collect on time. It is very distressing for your child if you are late! Your child needs your support and encouragement, Please join in our songs, enjoy taking part and have FUN!!! Map

Safety & Hygiene Information

Please do not allow your child to wander onto the equipment before or after classes, as this is when accidents occur. Mobile phones: Please switch them off. It is only for 45 minutes Shoes: It is better that children are barefoot for grip, stability and hygiene. Please leave shoes in the rack provided. Caregivers can bring along a pair of socks for themselves if they prefer not to go barefoot. Bathroom: Please accompany your child in the bathroom and ensure it is left clean and neat for the next person. Safety gates: Please keep these closed so children do not wander off on their own Fire alert: In the event of fire, please leave the premises promptly with your child without stopping to collect your personal belongings, through the garage and assemble outside. The roll call will then be taken. There is an extinguisher at the door. Accidents: There is a first aid kit on the shelf near the door. All accidents and injuries to be reported in the accident book.

Administrative information Administrative Information Membership is annual: €50 / Siblings € 40. Membership includes personal accident insurance whilst participating at classes for 1 year and a Ruff 'n' Tumble T-Shirt. A deposit of the membership fee plus €20 must be made to Ruff and Tumble S.L, Sol Bank account 0081-7465-93-0001165623 to secure a place, stating the name and surname of the child. Class fees: are paid in a block of 6 weeks in advance for €60 including IVA of 16%. Classes cannot be held over to another block, deposits and fees are not refundable and are taken to reserve a place. However if a class is not full your child may join for the remaining weeks and you will be charged €12 each class. Renewal is one week before the next block of classes start.
